Our coaching services
Head 4 leadership has several coaching services to meet the needs of SME’s, Co owners, those new to leading, middle and senior leaders. Also coaching for teams.
You’ll want to see a return on a coaching investment. We do this by:
- Creating a plan with personal/team measures (e.g. confidence levels, facing personal barriers) with practical performance metrics (time spent, relationships built, cost savings, revenue generated) to aid accountability and commitment
- Ongoing ratings on an individual or teams progress as they move through a programme, motivating attention to their goals
