Neurocoaching seeks to understand this, which allows you to look at triggers for certain responses and habits, some of which might not now be serving you well. The opportunity this gives you is the chance to develop new more useful habits and ways of thinking and feeling. In doing so, a person has the tools to:
- Become a better and more self-aware business leader; and
- ‘dial-down’ their stress responses and think with clarity
