Session 6 – Shoring Up Fortifying the new you. Having had a few weeks to work on your plan, we check-in on your progress and efforts. Here too, we refresh on techniques, tools, or ways of maintaining momentum.
Session 5 – New Horizon You as you can be. We look at the future and explore goals that you have and the new ones you might set. With your new insights this is a place for the innovation of ideas and visualisation of their achievement.
Sessions 3 and 4 – New Perspectives Insights for change. Using the insights learnt from the first two sessions, we map that directly to how your brain is processing, making connections and drawing on previous experiences. These sessions also focus on emotions and habits.
Session 1 and 2 – Discover You as you are. The journey begins with two sessions focused on how you see yourself, sharing what matters to you and the challenges you have had and are dealing with
The Headstrong Coaching Options
One to One Coaching – Face 2 face and Virtual – 6 Sessions, one to one with Dominique, optional psychometrics. Tailored to each client’s needs with psychometrics and priced accordingly.
Closed Group Coaching Programme – Face 2 face, at your place of work or offsite. For up to 6 people from only your organisation – 6 Sessions as a group, that harness the power of connection, group wisdom and learning. Plus 2 x one to one sessions with Dominique. An adaptive programme, specifically tailored and priced accordingly.
Open Group Coaching Programme – Online only, any one can join, limited to 6 attendees, payable in advance. 6 Sessions as a group, that harness the power of connection, group wisdom and learning. Includes 2 x one to one sessions with Dominique . A fixed programme with a fixed price.
Packages can be adapted, here’s a guide of what you get
- One to one sessions, similar to above with more adaptive time scales
- Group events topped and tailed with a private coaching session to set you up and then at the end to send you on your way.
- Max of six places for group options
- Each group session explores a neuroscience topic and how that is relevant and applicable to your life and work challenges.

How the Headstrong programme relates to your life and work
Life and work will always be filled with challenges, most disturbing for your brain is UNCERTAINTY. When you don’t know what’s coming next, you can feel out of control, or confused. For example, you will be familiar with the uncertainty and complexity created by Covid, world and national events. The uncertainty this has on your role and family.
Then there are CHANGE situations? Your brain is lazy, it strives to avoid change as that requires more energy and focus. Brains want to keep things as they are. Unsettling feelings occur when changes are anticipated. There can be certainty with change, but even if it’s a ‘good’ change, the brain can still generate anxieties. E.g.,You got the job you were after! Change with higher risk, such as: being made redundant, a relationship change to face (work or personal), or you might be moving locations etc. all can spark strong emotions, that can take over, and cloud thinking.
Sometimes with uncertainty and change comes SELF DOUBT. Where your brain sends alarming thoughts and physiological signals. This is your brain ‘trying’ to protect you. Examples: When you ‘stay on the fence’ because voicing your opinion seems too risky, where conversations need to be had and this could cause upset, when you need to make a presentation and fear it will go ‘wrong’ or you get imposter syndrome (now you have the dream job you were chasing!) etc.
